This fixed price repair package covers the replacement of a faulty LCD on John Deere 6000 series dashboards so you know what to expect and there are no surprises. What we need from you: Please include your name, contact details, return address and a clear note describing the fault when sending your dashboard to us. This ensures we can return the unit promptly and know exactly what to check. What is included in the repair: -Diagnostic testing to confirm the fault and identify any additional issues -Component level repair of the faulty LCD -Replacement parts -Full operational testing after repair -Internal cleaning -12 month warranty Scope and communication: If we open the dashboard and discover that the issue is not a faulty LCD or that the fault is outside the fixed price package, we will contact you before proceeding. This ensures you know what additional work or costs may be required. Turnaround: Most standard repairs are completed within 48 hours of arrival. To allow for complex faults or parts availability, please allow 5 to 7 business days. Supported models: 6000, 6010, 6020 and 6030 series dashboards. Inspection fee: If a unit is found to be unrepairable or beyond economic repair, a $190 plus GST inspection fee applies to cover diagnostics and labour.
