On2it Electronics was started with a simple idea:
customers deserve practical solutions, genuine support and a better choice.
I wanted a change. I wanted to keep using the skills I already had, keep learning, take on more challenging problems and explore more of the design work I love.

WHY WE STARTED OUT
Before On2it Electronics, Daniel was working in a specialised electronic engineering role, solving the same kinds of problems he tackles today.
He loved the work, but over time it became clear that there was an opportunity to do things differently.
We wanted to build a business where good engineering, innovative solutions and good customer service went hand in hand. Where problems were worth investigating, solutions were worth getting right and customers were worth looking after.
So, after months of thinking it through,
we took the gamble and started On2it.
WE LIKE THE HARD ONES
Daniel's passion is designing and developing electronic solutions. He also genuinely enjoys helping people.
There’s something particularly satisfying about getting to the bottom of a problem that has been frustrating someone for months. That doesn’t always mean designing something new. It could be modifying an existing system or just figuring out why something isn't working properly.
That’s what we enjoy about the work we do at On2it. We don't believe every problem automatically needs a brand new invention.
Sometimes the smartest solution is simply finding a better way to make something work.
Every problem has a solution.
We believe it's our job to find it.

At the heart of On2it is a simple goal: solve the problem and leave the customer better off for having called us.
We take the time to understand what isn't working, work through the options and find a solution that makes sense. We don't take shortcuts or just go with the easiest solution for us.
Why?
Because good engineering is important.
But so is being good to the people you're doing it for.

DANIEL INGLIS
Managing Director | Electronic Engineer
Daniel is the technical brain behind On2it. With years of experience working with electronics across the primary industries, he has a knack for solving problems that don't have an obvious answer. He's happiest when he's designing, modifying, testing and building something that makes life easier for someone. Give him a something that starts with “I wonder if we could…” and there's a good chance he'll disappear into the workshop until he figures it out.
KIMBERLEY BRITTAIN
Managing Director | Business & Operations
Behind the scenes, Kimberley keeps the business side of On2it moving. She looks after schedules, marketing, administration, the website and all the little jobs that somehow keep multiplying. She also loves the creative side of On2it, coming up with ideas for new products and finding practical ways to turn “wouldn't it be cool if…” into something Dan and the team can actually build.
Together, Daniel and Kimberley have built On2it around a shared belief that good engineering should be practical, useful and backed by genuine customer care. They’re big on finding better ways to do things, solving problems properly and creating solutions that make a real difference in the field.
